The location of the hotel was amazing, in lovely surroundings. Moreover, it was right by a 10/10 park for adults/children alike as well as a more of a central location on the island. Had the villa which was brand-new with big bed. A fridge, an electric kettle, and climate control were a very nice touch.

Our friends and us had a fantastic time at Big4 Ingenia Holidays on Phillip Island. We were able to have sites opposite each other, allowing us to enjoy our morning coffee together. The staff was extremely helpful, allowing us to park our trailer next to our cabin. The location was perfect, being in between San Remo and Cowes. Despite a few small issues with the cabin, we had a great stay overall. I would definitely recommend this place for a fun getaway with friends. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a quiet and enjoyable location, just a short walk from the calm and deserted beach. The hotel offered basic amenities and the rooms were spacious enough for a family of 3 to 4 people, with a big bed and four bunk beds for the kids to run around. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. In addition, the prices were reasonable and the breakfast was delicious. this hotel provided great value for money and was perfect for a relaxing beach getaway.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

We stayed in an accommodation for a one, night stop, over with a comfortable 2, bedroom unit that was clean, tidy with adequate space. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was fantastic. We were close to a bridge, the bus stop to get to Phillip Island Circuit, and shops along the beach. Kids would love the games and trampoline facilities provided.
The kitchen facilities needed an update, but no real assistance was offered after reporting this.

The caravan park we stayed at over the New Year holiday was good for families with young kids. There was a great street for bike riding, and we could easily buy park passes for the whole island. the location was a plus point and we enjoyed visiting the nearby attractions.
Some things were not up to our expectations. the park was quite close to a main road, which made it hard to sleep at night.

The location of the cabins was perfect for my needs, just a short walk from the main attractions. The cabins were well equipped, offering electric blankets and all necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and efficient, always ready to help.
The cabins were very close to each other, with little privacy. The price was high compared to the quality of the cabins.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. I also appreciated the hotel facilities that were available, including the spacious parking area and the friendly staff.
Absolutely nothing.

We had a fantastic time at Ingenia Holidays in Phillip Island. The manager was friendly, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The park is perfect for families, with a safe and spacious playground for kids. We loved that it was located right on the beautiful beach, just a short walk away. The outdoor public kitchen was a great addition, and we enjoyed cooking and eating meals outside. The pedal car hire was a bonus, although we did notice that they needed some maintenance. Luckily, my mechanic skills came in handy and I greased and adjusted them, making them perfect for everyone to enjoy. it was an awesome experience at this caravan park.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
